The agreements between you and us, short and clear. When you order from happydepeppy, these terms apply.
Who we are.
happydepeppy is a Dutch web shop for peppers. You can reach us at hallo@happydepeppy.nl. We aim to reply within 1 working day.
Ordering and paying.
You order through the website with your email address, no account needed. All prices are in euros and include VAT. You see the delivery costs before you check out.
You check out securely online. Your order is final as soon as your payment has gone through. Ordering for your business? Then enter your company name and VAT ID at checkout and you'll get the invoice by email.
A subscription can be cancelled monthly. On the subscription page you change or cancel your subscription.
Delivery.
We deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium. Your order goes out the same or the next day, weekends included. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll get an email.
Delivery costs €4.35. Order €65 or more, or have a subscription, and delivery is free. Until you've received your order, it's our responsibility.
Right of withdrawal.
You may withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Let us know within that period at hallo@happydepeppy.nl.
After letting us know, you send the products back within 14 days. We refund the purchase price, including the standard delivery costs, within 14 days of your message. The cost of sending the products back is yours.
Exception: sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene cannot be withdrawn once the seal has been broken after delivery.
Warranty and complaints.
You're entitled to a product that does what you can reasonably expect of it. That's your legal warranty, and it always applies.
Something not right, like a wrong product or a damaged parcel? Email us as soon as possible and we'll sort it out. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
